The Air Jordan 5 was released in February 1990 and was the first in the Air Jordan line to have a clear rubber sole. Tinker Hatfield who designed this one also designed the Nike Marty MacFly’s that featured in Back to the Future II. I must say this is one of my favorite Js along with the Cement 4s and Concord 11.
